Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced CNA or Home Health Aides (HHA) for 12‑hour day shifts (7 AM to 7 PM) or overnight shifts (7 PM to 7 AM) in Acton, MA, for female caregivers with Alzheimer’s and Dementia experience. The role requires one‑on‑one care in a client’s home few days a week, helping clients live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Responsibilities- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and skin care.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens).
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow care plans developed by the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate with the supervising nurse.
- Active CNA license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar setting.
- Ability to work overnight shifts (9 PM to 8 AM) with accommodations provided.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide references.
