Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced CNA or Home Health Aides (HHA) for 12 hour shifts or 24-hour shifts to provide one‑on‑one care in a client’s home few days a week. This role is essential in helping our clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, skin care
• Alzheimer’s and Dementia experience
• Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans developed by our clinical team
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate with supervising nurse

Qualifications:

• Active CNA License in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar
• Ability to work overnight shifts 9pm to 8am (accommodations provided)
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide references
