Prism Therapy Collective is seeking a neuro-affirming and collaborative Licensed Psychologist to join our growing practice as an independent contractor (1099). This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys assessment work and is looking for a flexible, part-time role within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Position Overview

This position focuses primarily on conducting neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults (depending on your area of expertise). Evaluations will typically be scheduled a few times each month, offering flexibility while helping meet the growing demand for high-quality psychological assessment services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations.
  • Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment measures.
  • Prepare clear, timely, and clinically meaningful evaluation reports.
  • Provide feedback sessions to clients and families.
  • Collaborate with the Prism Therapy Collective team to support continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and professional standards.
  • Commute to the office in Acton, MA for in-person evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active, unrestricted psychologist license in the state of practice.
  • Experience conducting neuropsychological and/or psychological evaluations.
  • Strong diagnostic, report writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.
  • Experience working with LQBTQ+ individuals, including trans and gender diverse clients.
  • Up to date on best practices and research related to neurodivergence.
