Proclinical is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Affairs Specialist to join a collaborative team dedicated to showcasing the clinical impact of innovative diabetes technologies.

Working closely with a range of cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a key role in communicating scientific and clinical evidence, supporting evidence-generation activities, and ensuring alignment with global regulatory and compliance requirements. This opportunity is well suited to an individual with a strong understanding of diabetes management and related technologies, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for advancing patient care and outcomes.

• Strong understanding of diabetes and diabetes technologies, such as insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems.
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate clinical evidence to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with global Medical Affairs best practices and healthcare compliance guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe products, and medical communication platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• High ethical standards in interactions with healthcare professionals and industry representatives.
• Educational background in a health-related field (Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in diabetes education preferred).
• Experience in clinical, industry, or research settings, with a focus on diabetes or related fields, is highly desirable.

• Develop and deliver medical responses to healthcare providers' inquiries, including off-label questions, while adhering to local regulations and global standards.
• Review global clinical promotional materials to ensure medical and scientific accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regional regulations and industry guidelines.
• Strategize and contribute to evidence generation plans to support innovation, regulatory submissions, and product claims.
• Collaborate with external vendors to implement and optimize data management systems in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Create and execute data dissemination plans to communicate the clinical value of products to diverse audiences, including healthcare providers, patients, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze clinical evidence related to diabetes therapies and technologies to inform product development and commercial strategies.
• Partner with Clinical and Regulatory Affairs teams to develop clinical summaries for global regulatory submissions.
• Establish and maintain clinical quality standards to align with global practices.
• Plan and execute activities for scientific conferences, including presentations, reports, and medical information booths.
• Provide mentorship to Medical Affairs interns.

• $75 to $86 per hour.
