* Position Overview:

** The University Relations Co-op is a key member of the Talent Management & Organizational Development Center of Excellence, helping to attract, engage, and develop early career talent  a University Relations Co-op, you’ll represent Insulet at career fairs and campus events, support the execution of innovative talent attraction strategies, and help create meaningful social and professional experiences for our Interns and Co-ops.

Key Responsibilities
* Register for and attend career fairs and other campus recruiting events as a representative of Insulet
* Recruit, coordinate, and train employee volunteers for university events
* Lead and support the planning and execution of social and professional engagement events for interns and co-ops
* Assist with email marketing and communications for career fairs, virtual interview days, and site visits
* Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to help fill over 50 student-level positions
* Create, update, and maintain documentation related to university recruiting programs
* Perform data entry, reporting, and light analysis to support decision-making
* Assist with problem-solving and special projects as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned

* Education and Experience:

*** Pursuing BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communication, or related field.
*
* Minimum Requirements:

*** Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
* Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism; exhibit dependability.
** Skills/

Competencies:

*** Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills preferred
* Prior experience using Kahoot preferred
* Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility; shows pride in work performed
* Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules
* Maintains professional behavior and appearance
*
* Physical Requirements:

*** Able to work flexible hours for occasional evening events
* Possible travel to out-of-state events

Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.

-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $25.00 - $34.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
