Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Acton, MA seeking a Senior Global Payroll Partner.
- Review, assess, and continuously improve global payroll processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across regions
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to align payroll practices with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational needs
- Act as a trusted payroll subject matter expert, providing high-quality support to employees, managers, and external parties to resolve payroll-related inquiries
- Support the development and ongoing effectiveness of the global payroll function by promoting best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Create, maintain, and enhance payroll process documentation and training materials; deliver training and guidance to payroll team members and key stakeholders
- Oversee payroll systems and related tools, including data validation, system configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity and operational reliability
- Lead or support end-to-end payroll initiatives and system implementations, including process redesign, testing, and change management
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, payroll teams, and system or service providers to ensure clear requirements and successful delivery
- Identify risks, issues, or inefficiencies and escalation appropriate to ensure timely resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, promoting collaboration and effective communication
- Proactively leverage payroll systems and data to support business needs, improve processes, and enhance user understanding of payroll capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of progressive payroll experience, including exposure to multi-site and/or international payroll operations
- Experience working with enterprise payroll and timekeeping systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective payroll solutions
- Proven experience supporting or leading end-to-end payroll processing, implementations, and compliance initiatives in complex organizations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
