A leading life sciences company in the United States is seeking a Senior Global Payroll Partner to optimize payroll operations across multi-site and international environments. This role involves enhancing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and implementing payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of progressive payroll experience, preferably with a focus on global compliance and will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

CPP certification is a plus.
