Recruitment Coordinator (Hybrid) | Acton, MA

Compensation Up to $75/hour DOE

We are hiring a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator to support a high-performing Executive Search team in Acton, MA (hybrid: ~3 days onsite). This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent operations who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Manage logistics for phone screens, panel interviews, and executive-level hiring
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Communicate updates, confirmations, and changes quickly and professionally
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to align schedules and priorities
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems and track candidate activity
  • Support onboarding logistics and assist with administrative tasks (reports, presentations, document proofreading)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) preferred
