Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join a high-performing HR team supporting a growing organization.
In this role, you'll work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, corrective actions, and HR compliance. You'll also support organizational changes in Workday while helping drive a positive and productive workplace.
What You'll Be Doing:- Partner with HR Business Partners to resolve complex employee relations matters
- Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Advise managers on performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and terminations
- Manage organizational updates and HR processes within Workday
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Analyze employee feedback and exit interview data to identify trends and opportunities
- Generate employee relations reports and provide strategic HR insights
- Deliver training on employee relations best practices
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5–8+ years of Employee Relations experience
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations best practices
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters
- Experience with Workday or another HRIS preferred
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Hybrid schedule with only 1–2 days onsite in Acton, MA
