Job Requirements

  • 8+ years solution architect / sales / solutions engineering support or technical consulting experience or service delivery of Cloud Managed Services and migrations for Oracle applications
  • Must have experience in both software and infrastructure platforms (Application Specific architecture / solutioning on AWS and OCI public cloud as well as private and hybrid cloud environments
  • Experience with Infrastructure as a Service
  • Experience with related technical platform (Server, OS, Virtualization, Storage, Network)
  • Experience supporting multiple sales personnel in all phases of sales process.
  • Understanding of specific technical and/or application industry
  • Experience in sales of managed applications services and cloud services
  • Approximately 50% travel, which will mostly consist of customer and partner meetings.
  • Education level preferred Bachelor's or Master’s
  • Certified associate or professional AWS Solution Architect considered to be positive factor, although not mandatory

  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Capable of adapting from technical to executive audiences
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet multiple timelines
  • Must employ consultative approach to providing Customer solutions
  • Ability to convince the customer early in the sales cycle that we have experience and expertise to deliver.
  • Must be able to demonstrable experience in designing outsourced hosting solutions
  • Ability to stay current on emerging technologies and competitive offerings
  • Must be able to demonstrable experience in designing managed services and cloud solutions
  • Knowledgeable and skilled in the area of sales presentations, sales cycles, and closing of sales.
  • Must be able to work in a sales engineering environment that is Customer focused and results oriented
