Solution Program Manager

The role is to coordinate the design and implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and Operations Technologies for Costa Rica. Will likely extend into 2027.

• Strong project leadership and cross-functional effectiveness
• Drives the project by reaching out to the various team members, in person where needed
• Collaborate with Finance to align budget, track PO’s and cashflow
• Maintain the dashboards and RACI
• Maintain the sharepoint/teams/smartsheet communication tools
• Coordinate the series of workshops to be run with the chosen System Integrator.

Must also have experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

• SDLC and Infrastructure Program Management experience
• Agile/SAFe certification and transformation experience
• Experience leading development, testing, and launch of hardware, software, and cloud systems
• Experienced working with Agile teams to develop and launch strategic programs against concrete deadlines
• Knowledge of computer systems validation and QMS compliance
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment
• Proficient in the following computer software applications: MS 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Project, Outlook, Teams), Miro, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Timeline Pro
• Helpful to have working knowledge or familiarity with:
  • Agile applications (Jira & Confluence)
  • CRM Environments (Sales Force, Marketing Cloud)
  • ERP system (SAP)
  • Integration (Mulesoft)
  • PLM & QMS applications (Arena)
  • PPM tools (Clarity)

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of overall work experience in a technical discipline and 5 years of demonstrated experience in a program management role
