JJ Hardwood Floors Inc is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee high-end residential hardwood flooring projects. In this role, you’ll manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, working directly with general contractors, builders, and our skilled installation teams. Manage residential hardwood flooring projects from planning to completion.

Coordinate closely with general contractors, builders, and homeowners.

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and labor hours.

Oversee installation teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

Resolve job site issues and adapt plans as needed.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections.

Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Ensure projects align with safety standards and customer expectations.

Direct experience with hardwood floor installation is required.

Familiarity working with general contractors on high-end custom homes.

Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Strong understanding of project budgets, labor tracking, and scheduling.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.

Valid driver's license required.

Hybrid role based out of JJ Hardwood Floors Inc, with travel to residential job sites as needed.
