Overview
We are seeking a Service Technician for our client, a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The main responsibility is to lead the repairs and maintenance of machines by providing excellent customer support.
TravelTravel Requirements: 20% travel/year to customer locations in North America and Canada.
Responsibilities- Maintenance and repair of machines, specifically hydraulic machines
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing machine errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Provide service and customer support on phone and on site
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks by cooperating with the technical team
- Providing professional customer support via phone and email
This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position. The hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM. Training hours: 7:00am-3:30pm or 10:30am-7:00pm.
