Quality Technician

Advantage Technical is hiring a Quality Technician for a cutting-edge medical device manufacturer in Acton, MA. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to U.S. manufacturing expansion at a company investing heavily in innovation, people, and product development.

Schedule:

Day Shift | Cleanroom environment | Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs



What You'll Do

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Generate and maintain quality records - NCRs, CAPAs, DHRs, internal audits, and training records
• Execute equipment calibration and ensure calibration status across manufacturing
• Support regulatory and notified body audits
• Maintain cGMP compliance within a cleanroom production environment
• Troubleshoot quality issues and support corrective action implementation

What You Bring

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years in a quality role within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Experience with 21 CFR Part 820/11 and ISO 13485 preferred
• Familiarity with measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, tensile testers, optical gauging
• Cleanroom and medical device experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with WinSPC, Oracle Agile a plus
