Location:
Acton, MA
Pay Rate: $30.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Looking for a hands‑on role in medical device manufacturing? Join an innovative team supporting the development of next‑generation healthcare products. This is a great opportunity for experienced assembly professionals who thrive in a detail‑oriented, cleanroom environment and enjoy working with cutting‑edge technology.
Education Requirements- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or R&D technician experience
- Experience working with small components and precision assembly
- Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred
- Assemble small, intricate medical device components using manual and semi‑automated equipment
- Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and manufacturing procedures
- Operate basic manufacturing and inspection equipment in a laboratory or cleanroom setting
- Record production data, observations, and build results
- Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and manufacturing builds
- Maintain accurate documentation and support quality standards
- Ability to work with small parts under magnification or a microscope
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following GMP/ISO procedures
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
