Life Care Center of Acton is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / RN to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing Nursing Services to ensure high-quality patient care. This role requires an active RN license and a BSN/ASN with geriatric experience.
The ADON will lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff, oversee infection control, and ensure compliance with Life Care standards and regulations. CPR must remain current.
