Overview
Our client is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Service Technician to support customers across North America by installing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic machinery used in industrial and manufacturing environments.
The Hydraulic Service Technician will perform hands-on service, troubleshooting, and technical support for hydraulic machinery. This role combines mechanical expertise with strong customer service onsite.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM
Training
Schedule:
7:00AM–3:30PM or 10:30AM–7:00PM
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits.
- Document service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Conduct testing, adjustments, and verification to ensure equipment performance.
- Install new machines at customer sites and support commissioning activities.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach during all service interactions.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and calibration on hydraulic machinery and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues to determine root cause and corrective action.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician, Mechanical Technician, or similar role.
- Ability to travel 20% throughout North America and Canada for installations, training, and support.
- All education levels considered; technical school training or equivalent hands‑on experience is fully acceptable.
- Prior field service experience.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment.
