Seeking a Lead Carpenter who takes ownership of the job site — someone who can build at a high level, run a clean operation, and represent the company well with clients. This is a working lead role. You’ll be hands-on while also managing the day-to-day flow of one to two active projects.

• Perform high-level carpentry — framing through finish, including cabinetry and detailed work
• Run job sites day-to-day: scheduling, coordination, and keeping things moving
• Lead carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors on site
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site (no chaos, no excuses)
• Review plans, specs, and scope — and catch issues before they become problems
• Handle material takeoffs and coordinate deliveries
• Track progress against budget and communicate updates to the Production Manager
• Interact with homeowners professionally — you’re the face of the job

• ~10+ years of hands-on carpentry experience
• Strong in both framing and high-end finish work
• Experience running residential remodeling projects (not just working on them)
• Ability to lead a small team and keep subs aligned
• Detail-oriented — clean lines, tight joints, no shortcuts
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable communicating with clients, inspectors, and team members
• Physically capable of the work (lifting, overhead work, etc.)
