• Operate equipment such as large saws, drills, and pneumatic hammers.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to complete assignments efficiently and on time.
• Perform tasks such as framing, drywall, cabinets, doors, etc.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Consistent and dependable attendance record.
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
• Must be able to frame to finish any project with little to no supervision.
• Must have reliable transportation and a driver's license.
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, remodeling, or carpentry.
• Must have basic tools to get started.
