Journeyman Electrician
We are seeking a skilled residential Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role will involve working on multi-million-dollar houses across MA. Most jobs will be located in the North Shore. You will meet up at the office in Boxborough and take the company van to the jobs. This is a 40 hour a week + overtime position offering $40 - $45 to start.

Responsibilities
- Install and wire electrical systems for new high-end residential construction.
- Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to execute complex layouts with accuracy.
- Install lighting systems including recessed lighting, smart lighting, architectural fixtures, and landscape lighting.
- Set up electrical panels, sub-panels, and service upgrades in accordance with Massachusetts electrical code.
- Integrate smart-home technologies such as automation systems, EV chargers, and whole-home networking.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues with a focus on safety and long-term reliability.
- Collaborate with general contractors, designers, and homeowners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain compliance with state and local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Document work performed and communicate progress to project stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician with specialization in residential new construction.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with sub-contractors and project team.
- Ability to manage an apprentice who may work alongside you.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- MA Journeyman Electrical License.
- Possession of basic JM electrician tools.
- Experience in running conduit and residential electrical installation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
