We are seeking a skilled residential Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This role will involve working on multi‑million‑dollar houses across MA. Most jobs will be located in the North Shore. You will meet up at the office in Boxborough and take the company van to the jobs. This is a 40‑hour a week + overtime position offering $40 - $45 to start.

You must have experience working residential and ideally on high‑end homes. If you’re interested please apply today; we can get you started ASAP.

• Install and wire electrical systems for new high‑end residential construction.
• Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to execute complex layouts with accuracy.
• Install lighting systems including recessed lighting, smart lighting, architectural fixtures, and landscape lighting.
• Set up electrical panels, sub‑panels, and service upgrades in accordance with Massachusetts electrical code.
• Integrate smart‑home technologies such as automation systems, EV chargers, and whole‑home networking.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues with a focus on safety and long‑term reliability.
• Collaborate with general contractors, designers, and homeowners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain compliance with state and local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Document work performed and communicate progress to project stakeholders.

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician with specialization in residential new construction.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with sub‑contractors and project team.
• Ability to manage an apprentice who may work alongside you.

• MA Journeyman Electrical License.
• Possession of basic JM electrician tools.
• Experience in running conduit and residential electrical installation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Acton, MA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
