First Realty Management Corp is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician for a property in Acton. The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, boilers, and general maintenance with emphasis on resident relations and organized, timely service.
You will work Monday through Friday, respond to emergencies, coordinate with managers and contractors, and utilize computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, ADP, Real Page, and Entrata to log work orders and manage tasks.
