Warehouse Receiving Associate – Medical Device Manufacturing – Pay Rate: $24.29 per hour
Looking for a stable opportunity with a leading medical device manufacturer? We are hiring a Warehouse Receiving Associate to support inventory control, material handling, shipping and receiving, and SAP data entry in a fast‑paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will receive and inspect incoming materials, verify shipments against purchase orders, enter inventory transactions into SAP, and move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks. You'll also support production and quality teams by staging materials, fulfilling internal orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Enter inventory transactions accurately in SAP.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
- Stage materials for production and quality inspection.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.
- Follow FDA, cGMP, ISO 13485, and company safety standards.
- Support cross‑functional warehouse and material movement activities.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and stand for 12‑hour shifts.
- Monday‑Thursday: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM or 6:00 PM–6:30 AM.
- Friday‑Sunday: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM or 6:00 PM–6:30 AM.
