Position: Shift Supervisor (multiple openings)
Description

Robert Half is working with a respected client in the Metro West area seeking multiple Shift Supervisors to join its team. These are permanent roles, managing teams of associates, responsible for managing day-to-day shipping & receiving operations. Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is required.

Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.

- Demonstrated background managing shipping and receiving activities in a busy distribution setting.

- Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory movement, and team coordination.

- Ability to lead associates effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to daily operational detail.

- Experience supporting warehouse management processes and maintaining efficient workflows.
