WhatYou’ll Do
- Assist Financial Advisor with case preparation to ensure all client information and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Prepare for client meetings by organizing necessary materials, reports, and analyses
- Conduct follow‑up activities after client meetings, including summarizing action items and coordinating next steps
- Serve as a direct point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely, professional support
- Gather, organize, and input client data into CRM
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Series 65 license or equivalent required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire date
- 1+ years’ experience in the financial industry or paraplanner role
- A motivated individual who has a goal of becoming a Financial Advisor
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to clients in a clear, easy‑to‑understand manner
- Ability to connect with clients and build trust through genuine relationship‑building, empathy, and consistent follow up

- $70k - $85k base based on experience, includes additional 10% quarterly bonus based on new business revenue

- Monday and Thursday: 8am-5pm
- Tuesday: 8am-7pm
- Friday: 9am-2pm
