Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Quick Books and a proven track record of performing thorough bank and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting needs and work directly under the guidance of a CPA in a hardworking, collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records for multiple business entities using Quick Books

Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently

Conduct general ledger account reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity

Manage company credit card transactions and associated reconciliations

Process transactional accounting activities as directed by the CPA

Assist in preparing records for year-end and account reviews

Work closely with internal staff and CPA to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

No management of fixed assets or depreciation required

Qualifications:

Solid hands-on experience with Quick Books, preferably managing multiple entities

Proven expertise in bank and account reconciliations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively under the direction of a CPA

Positive, dependable, and adaptable mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; enjoy working with a committed, practical team
