Bookkeeper
Small manufacturer/distributor needs a hands on Bookkeeper.
Duties:
- Process accounting using Quick Books
- Process Payroll for 10 people, commissions and filing payroll taxes
- Process Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and collections
- Banking account reconciliations and moving money from one account to another
- Help process orders and check credit of potential customers
- Human Resources to include onboarding, interviewing, benefits administration
Requirements:
- Must have five or more years of Bookkeeping experience
- Must have Quick Books experience
- Must like wearing lots of hats
Our client offers a salary of $55k - $65k plus benefits.
