Job Description
Established 40+ year construction firm in Acworth has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper/Accountant. This Bookkeeper/Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and President and will be a vital part of the management team. The company is experiencing sustained growth, and this accountant will work closely with officers and an outside CPA firm.
Responsibilities will include:
- Full cycle accounts payable
- Bank reconciliations
- Human resources and outsourced payroll
- Cash forecasting
- Analysis of budget-to-actuals for projects
- Job Costing
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or related accounting experience
- BS in accounting is a plus
- Sage and ADP Payroll experience a plus
- Construction and/or Government Contract experience a plus
