• Performs a variety of secretarial/clerical duties to support supervisory and administrative personnel in handling daily activities.
• Processes purchase orders and reviews check requests for proper documentation.
• Prepares checks to pay bills.
• Posts ledgers.
• Reconciles monthly and yearly accounts and maintains balanced accounts.
• Receives, counts, records, and deposits all monies collected.
• Follows all federal, state laws and local Board policies.
• Compiles financial information for the school site as requested.
• Participates in meetings, in‑service trainings, and workshops to gather information needed to perform job functions.
• Requests quotes for cost information to secure needed items for the school site.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Technical/Bookkeeping certification preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
