Construction Project Manager

Nycom is looking for a talented, entry-level Project Engineer interested in joining our team.

• Communicate accurately and in a timely manner with all departments within Nycom.
• Capable of understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close‑out.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
• Ability to learn and use construction‑related software and digital tools, including common office computer applications.
• Ability to effectively build solid business relationships with Architects, Facilities Personnel, End Users and General Contractors.
• Skilled at: understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; MEP Coordination; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close‑out.
• Degree from a 4‑year college, with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

$72,000 – 82,000 DOE

The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time and priorities to work on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
