Position Title: General Superintendent - Drywall & Framing

This position serves as a pivotal leadership role within a dynamic commercial general contracting environment. The General Superintendent will oversee multiple large-scale drywall and framing projects, ensuring effective management and execution across the Metro Atlanta area. This role involves coordinating with project managers and mentoring field superintendents, while also maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and production goals. Candidates should possess a robust background in commercial drywall, along with the ability to navigate both operational and financial aspects of construction.

Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000/ Year DOE

• Oversee approximately 8 active projects at a time
• Manage and mentor field superintendents
• Coordinate with project managers
• Review schedules and production
• Conduct jobsite visits and provide field leadership
• Oversee material ordering
• Ensure thorough documentation and meeting attendance
• Manage subcontractors
• Provide operational input for change orders
• Ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met
• Engage in strategic planning across multiple projects

• 10+ years of commercial drywall experience
• 2-5 years as a General Superintendent preferred
• Metal framing experience
• Experience running large-scale commercial projects ($2M+ projects preferred)
• Understanding of both field operations and business/financial aspects of construction
• Prior General Superintendent experience is preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred
• Experience with prefab/panelization is preferred
• Familiarity with ACC and Procore is preferred
• Experience with large commercial GCs and projects in the Atlanta market is preferred

• Vehicle allowance preferred ($600/month) or company vehicle (F-150 available)
• Company fuel card for work driving
