About the Role:

Join The Learning Experience #449 as an Assistant Toddler Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire young minds in a vibrant and engaging environment. This role is perfect for those passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a difference in children's lives.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

* Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers.

* Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interaction.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.

* Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.

* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

* Help supervise children during outdoor play and classroom activities.

* Foster a love for learning and curiosity in each child.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in early childhood education preferred.

* Experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting is highly desirable.

* CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Passion for early childhood education and child development.

* Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

* Background check clearance required.

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
