• Build strong customer relationships, creating customers for life.
• Support service professionals with pest control tasks, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections, including pre‑ and post‑construction termite treatments and monitoring of bait systems.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions.
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to safety standards, operating company equipment and vehicles, and applying pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Outdoor, independent work—working on the move and interacting directly with customers.
• Top‑tier training; no prior experience required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.
• Work in all weather conditions.

• Starting hourly rate: $18, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.
