Mortgage Office Assistant - Post Closing Assistant

Mortgage Solutions of Georgia is looking for a Mortgage Closing Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Acworth, Georgia office.

This is an in-office position supporting our lending and closing team and helping ensure clients receive the first-class experience we pride ourselves on.

The ideal candidate will have some previous mortgage industry experience, with exposure to the closing side of the loan process. You do not need years of experience or to have worked as a full-time closer, but you should have a basic understanding of mortgage closings, loan documentation, deadlines, and the importance of accuracy and communication throughout the process.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous mortgage industry experience, preferably involving closings or post-closing

• Understands the basic mortgage loan and closing process

• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Is comfortable managing deadlines and multiple moving pieces

• Communicates professionally with clients, team members, title companies, and other partners

• Demonstrates integrity and a commitment to doing things the right way

• Brings a positive, helpful, can-do attitude to work every day

• Enjoys being part of a collaborative, relationship-driven team

This is a full-time, in-office position in Acworth, Georgia. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
