Jaipur Living is hiring an experienced, hands‑on Application Support Analyst to own day‑to‑day business application support and problem resolution. This role blends strong business analyst skills with support triage and resolution, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and the integrations that support our operations. This role focuses on support, troubleshooting, and operational stability rather than new feature development.
This is an individual contributor role. Success means resolving the majority of functional application issues independently, reducing repeat issues through strong problem management and documentation, and partnering effectively with the application delivery team when escalation is required.
- Own the full incident lifecycle in Manage Engine: intake, triage, investigation, resolution, stakeholder communication, and closure.
- Maintain high support discipline: clear problem statements, impact, evidence, and resolution notes.
- Coordinate timely response for high‑impact incidents, including structured updates and post‑incident follow‑up.
- Independently diagnose and resolve issues in:
- D365 Finance and operations, with emphasis on Supply Chain Management modules
- Procurement and Sourcing
- Sales and Marketing
- EDI
- Inventory management
- Planning optimization
- D365‑related integrations and operational flows (WMS, EDI, commerce, payment connectors)
- Work with users to replicate
- Troubleshoot issues across process, data, and integration boundaries to identify root causes and drive resolution.
- Support critical operational systems used by warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer service teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues impacting order processing, inventory movement, and fulfillment operations.
- Participate in incident response for high‑impact operational disruptions affecting warehouse or order flow.
- Identify recurring issues and drive them toward durable fixes through strong root cause narratives and recommendations.
- Build and maintain troubleshooting knowledge, known error articles, and support documentation to reduce repeat incidents and improve consistency.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual support work through light automation, or process improvements when appropriate.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by improving troubleshooting documentation, playbooks, and support standards across the application support function.
- Support testing and validation of configuration or release changes affecting supported applications.
- Assist with troubleshooting production issues following deployments or system updates.
- Coordinate small configuration changes with the application team to avoid conflicts and support clean releases.
