• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents including pleadings, complaints, and motions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and contribute to strategy development.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of legal proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and answer inquiries.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong proficiency in legal research tools.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and client-focused approach.
