Forklift Operator, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler
Job Summary
In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product in order to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.
Shift & Salary1st shift, up to 19 per hour.
Key Accountabilities- Perform sorting, stacking, cleaning, washing, stocking, and inspection of cartons, pallets, or parts as assigned to support the operation.
- Assist in filling and packaging orders and completing paperwork according to instructions.
- Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to move/deliver stock.
- Assist machine operators with a variety of functions as required to support the operation.
- Perform general clean‑up activities.
- Maintain all equipment in working condition; report issues or breakdowns to Supervisor or Lead immediately.
- Train others when required.
- Participate, support, and comply with all health, safety, quality, and Lean initiatives and requirements.
- Work directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery.

Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to use and understand scanning technology.
- Safety mindset.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Ability to use hand‑held measuring tools.
- Proficiency with the computer beyond the basic level.
