Loader - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

This position is responsible for pulling/picking and loading of all outbound shipments and unloading/movement of all inbound deliveries to the facility.

• Operate a propane sit‑down forklift.
• Sort shipments for destination and group merchandise to be included with or fulfilled in an order.
• Load finished materials for transport and unload raw materials.
• Move products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Inspect the forklift to determine the need for repairs and to guarantee safety.
• Verify piece counts on each pallet and compare to label.
• Material handling of all products.
• Follow shipping work orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Team player able to follow instructions from management and peers.
• Ability to learn and operate new equipment.
• Ability to use measuring devices (gauges, tapes, rulers).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and math skills with the capability to calculate square footage and batch size.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year prior forklift experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in shipping and receiving.

• Fast‑paced manufacturing environment; loading dock and driveways; will be working in all weather conditions.
