- Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up
- Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments
- Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment and annual
- Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries
- 2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards
- Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications
- Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals
- Respect and autonomy in decision‑making
- Team‑based approach to patient care
- ACLS/BLS certifications (we will provide if needed)
- 15 shifts per month
- Top hourly rates

- Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, no on‑call, and limited weekends
- Clinics closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter; early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July
