What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

* Provide compassionate, personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

* Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and dining as needed

* Observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team

* Encourage resident independence while promoting dignity and respect

* Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

* Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment

* Partner with nurses and the care team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care

What We're Looking For

* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia

* High School Diploma or GED preferred

* Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience preferred

* Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Memory Care experience is a plus

* A compassionate heart, dependable work ethic, and passion for serving seniors

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
