A Print Supervisor directs a team to achieve key performance metrics by selling and providing total print solutions, helping customers reach their print and marketing goals while fostering a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

• Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative solutions and value-added print and marketing solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on engagement, quality, and community.
• Coach and develop associates in exceptional service, consultative selling, and total solutions.
• Lead a team committed to operational excellence in driving profitable sales and margin.
• Consult with customers, ask open-ended questions, and offer appropriate options to deliver total print solutions and increase sales.
• Leverage  to manage customers, actively engaging them and performing outreach to grow relationships.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word or similar programs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Experience overcoming objections by engaging customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Conflict management skills in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Integrity and honesty regarding customer and business information.
• Physical ability to lift/move materials 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
