Overview

Assistant managers lead store operations, ensuring smooth functioning across the shift. They manage staff, control costs, inventory, and cash, and maintain customer relations.

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment.
• Making fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team with 3 to 30 people.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; access to a reliable insured vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong role model—punctual, positive attitude, professional appearance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and to work when the team needs most.
• Minimum age 18 years.
