Inside Sales Representative

Dayco Systems is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help close warm opportunities generated by our field team and support marketing efforts throughout the community.

This is not cold calling
. You’ll be following up with homeowners who already received estimates and helping them move forward with confidence.

• Follow up with homeowners on unsold HVAC estimates
• Answer questions, overcome objections, and explain options
• Help customers choose solutions that fit their home and budget
• Support marketing events and community outreach
• Work closely with technicians, installers, and leadership
• Track activity and results in our CRM system

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable on the phone and with follow-up
• Organized and self-driven
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• HVAC or home-services experience is a plus (but not required)
• Team-first mindset with a desire to grow
