Inside Sales / Counter Sales

The Macomb Group, a recognized leading distributor in the Midwest for pipe, valve, and fittings, is seeking a full‑time inside sales representative with mechanical and industrial piping experience to prepare quotations and handle inside and counter sales responsibilities at our Acworth, GA location. • Answer phones.
• Take orders from customers over the phone.
• Provide status of previous orders.
• Prepare quotations and bids.
• Computer entry.
• Purchase non‑stock items and backorders.
• Coordinate sales orders.
• Provide professional customer service to customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Demonstrated trade experience and knowledge of mechanical and industrial piping applications.
• Professionalism in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Motivated team player who takes initiative.
