Position SummaryThe HVAC Service Technician (Residential) is a key member of the team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining systems or equipment in residential settings. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Position Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of service issues.
- Perform repairs, part replacements, and system maintenance.
- Manage materials, schedules, and ensure quality work.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Document work performed and report recurring issues to management.
- Be available for on‑call and overtime work as needed.
- Follow all applicable safety guidelines and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Required:
Relevant experience in service work. - Required:
High school diploma or GED. - Required:
Valid driver’s license. - Preferred:
Certifications or licenses relevant to the specific trade.
- Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
- Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Must be willing to be flexible as jobs may change.
