Atlantic Pacific Companies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Market Rate Community in Cherokee County, GA. This role performs routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas, and amenity spaces and prepares units for new move-ins.
You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general repairs, log work orders, supervise turnover of vacant units, and ensure timely response to service requests within 24 hours.
