Customer Service and Technical Support Representative

Must have:

• College degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year of Customer Service or Technical Support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Macola is preferred; training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with customers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Collaborative team player

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails promptly
• Process parts orders
• Address warranty claims and customer returns
• Troubleshoot current residential product models
• Offer technical support and advice
• Resolve customer complaints and busca soluciones
• Monitor common service issues and identify trends
• Provide shipping information to issue call tags
• Generate pick tickets and enter orders into the system
• Assign shipping dates based on product availability and purchasing input
• Prepare reports for management upon request
• Ensure timely delivery through expedited follow-ups
• Suggest improvements for customer service
• Potential training on older model distillers
• Perform additional duties as required

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $17 to $20 per hour, based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.
