Schedule:
8 10 shifts per month (days and nights); urgent need is for nights, weekends, and holidays Ada Shift Times: 6a 6p 11a 11p / 12p 12a (AP Shifts, sometimes filled with physician) 6p 6a Ardmore Shift Times: 6a 4p 7a 6p 11a 11p (AP Shift, sometimes filled with physician) 4p 3a 6p 6a No guaranteed hours over 8; OT begins after confirmed shift has been worked (e.g., 8, 10, or 12-hour shift) Allowed Holidays:
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Job Setting:

Approximately 40,000 per year (Ardmore) Admission Rate: 15% (both locations) Types of Cases/Procedures:
Standard emergency medicine procedures including central lines, intubations, and similar; 15% admission rate Consultants Available:
Cardiology, nephrology, surgery, podiatry, orthopedics, pediatrics, urology, tele-neurology, hospitalists 24-Hour Support Services Available:
Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR, Radiology Support Staff: RNs (6), MAs (3), PA/NPs (1
2), Office Staff (2) Supervision
