About the PositionLocum Jobs Online is working with Curative to find a qualified Emergency Medicine MD in Ada, Oklahoma, 74820!
Provide true emergency department coverage in a Level III trauma setting with flexible opportunities to stack night and weekend shifts around your existing schedule.
Highlights- No call responsibilities
- Flexible scheduling with 8-10 shifts per month
- Level III trauma emergency department
- Night and weekend shift opportunities
- Provide emergency department coverage in a 17-bed department
- Treat approximately 20-25 patients per shift
- Perform emergency procedures including intubations and central line placement
- Work alongside dedicated nursing staff and advanced practice providers with access to multiple consulting specialties
- Coverage for 8-10 shifts per month
- Primary need is nights, weekends, and select holidays
- Common shifts include 4:00 p.m.
-3:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
-6:00 a.m. - Day shifts may be available based on staffing needs
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine with Emergency Medicine residency training
- Active Oklahoma medical license or active Interstate Medical License eligibility
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are provided
- Travel expenses are coordinated for the assignment
