• Provide leadership and support to the finance team, ensuring financial processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
• Safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budget performance reports, and operational insights to support business growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs.
• Prepare cash flow projections, analyze expenditures, and ensure financial stability.
• Assist with internal and external audits, tax filings, and financial statement preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Prior managerial experience leading a diverse finance team.
• Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• CPA designation – A plus, but not required.
• Experience in gaming and/or food & beverage accounting.
